You make your way down the stone ramp and into the courtyard.
Klari slides down not too long after Rissa does, but you know how Klari can be, dazy. Klari gazes around as she walks behind Rissa, bumping into her after she stops, "Oh.. Sorry, Rissa. Hi Sal." Klari actually /blushes./ Not much but there's a slight hint of redness in her cheeks.
Rissa laughs, tapping Rainbow on the nose, "Silly," she murmurs, throws her arms open to try and snatch a hug from Saldia, then nods, "Oh I'm just fine." She giggles then gestures to the now bored dragon, who shrugs and stretches out as much as possible to try and go for a quick nap. "Oof-hehe, Pari's fine, too. Yourself?" She grins at Klari, and then looks toward Zienna and Hanneke with a curious smile, "Hello, there..."
Step, and glide, step and glide; Hanneke makes a very careful path from the Harper Hall, her posture and gait indicating a very precise attempt at moving gracefully--her easily tangled feet making process somewhat difficult. The apprentice comes to a halt--"Oh, hi!" Visitors are always a nice thing; she steps closer, beaming her usual brilliant smile.
Zienna enters, face set, and a sternness to her step. She spies Saldia. With visitors. Hmmmm. "Hello" she greets, before addressing herself to Saldia, specifically, "Apprentice."
Saldia returns Rissa's hug and grins at Klari and she wonders at the redness of Klari's face, "What's up?" she asks and then she turns and tries to cover up her dismay at hearing her Master's voice, well just the tone of it. She smiles "Hello Master, is something wrong?"
Klari nods to Zienna but actually doesn't speak much, she's been in quite a daze on the ride over from Ista. "Hrm? Oh.. Nothing.. Just running into things." Klari's been in thought these past couple of days, not talking much.. Strangely enough.
Rissa grins at Hanneke's energetic reply. "I'm Rissa," She offers, then extends the greeting to Zienne after her greeting. She smiles, but her brow furrows as she looks toward Saldia. What was wrong? She forgets Sal's question for now, brow /aso/ furrowing toward Klari. She'd have to ask what was up later. Suddenly feeling a bit uncomfortable, she hrms and rocks back on her heels, clasping her hands behind her back.
Hanneke bubbles, standing in one place, but bouncing up and down upon the soles of her feet. "Hello, Rissa! I'm Hanneke, and I'm an apprentice." She's also overexcited, but this requires her to be excused; it's normal. "Hello everyone else, too! Isn't it a lovely day?" Discomfort, dismay, and anything similar go right over her head.
Zienna comes closer to the group. "I would like to talk to you, when you're done here. Journeyman Analpha said something about a disturbance in class." And Zienna won't stand for that, no matter what else she'll go easy on.
Klari smiles slightly to Rissa, "Sorry for running into ya, Riss." Then a glance is cast over to Hanneke, "Umm... Yes, nice day indeed." Klari's actually nervous, oh well. She'll get over it soon enough, maybe. Then her attention is pulled to Zienna and Saldia, eyes going wide.
Saldia hangs her head "I am sorry Master, Beryl thought she was doing me a favour, she was excited that she achieved her mission." She bites her lips so she won't get her friends into trouble "I will try and keep them out of class next time, they usually are well behaved but well see she went to Ista and returned with a message and she wanted to deliver it." She clasps her hands behind her back, ready to hear if she is in trouble or not and whether it will be the loss of visiting with her friends.
Rissa giggles at Hanneke, "Yes, it is nice. And it's equally nice to meet you, too. This is Klari..." She nudges her nervous friend, smiling a bit in concern. But then, Zienna's wrds catch her attention, and her face becomes a mask of horror. Okay, you get the point. Trying to cut in, she throws her hands around as she speaks, "Oh you see that's my fault...I needed-" She stops and blinks. Okay, Saldia already said the stuff. But she does try again anyway, "It is my fault, and I am sorry..."
Zienna nods. "But whose firelizard was it, Saldia. Yours, or . . ." she hasn't gotten the name, yet. "The greenriders?"
Hanneke continues to be cheerfully oblivious to tension of any kind; it's a redeaming gift, or perhaps a failure of hers, and beams happily, "Oh, well met, Klari!" Her head turns, Zienna caught within her line of vision for the first time; she pauses, visibly. Silent Hanneke--a new phenomenen.
Klari shoots a quick glare at Rissa for giving her name to the overly-hyper Apprentice. Upon turning to look at Hanneke though, she smiles but keeps her focus on the Master and her friend. She might as well keep her mouth shut on this one, eh?
Saldia glances at Rissa and her face is thankful for Rissa's support of her and then she looks back at Master Zienna "Beryl is mine but she usually is most efficient and better behaved, I don't know what got into her." Perhaps because Saldia had been not paying attention in class and Beryl had to get her attention. She is not ignoring Hanneke but at the moment too busy trying to clear things up to greet the apprentice.
Rissa stays silent for the moment, but at Klari's glare, she send a look that reads 'Well /you/ weren't saying anything!' Smiling a bit nervously at Zienna, she continues, "And Rainbow's real rambunctious and might've riled up Beryl..." Green gaze darts to each person in the small gathering, and she almost jumps as Pariath sends a croon to the tense group, trying to hide a smile behind a well placed hand heading for her hair.

Hanneke shifts upon her heals, always moving even if not moving from her position upon the ground. The young apprentice straightens, one hand moving to touch up her hair, the other resting limply by her side. Beaming with unmoderated joy, she's entirely out of place--and probably out of her depth. "These things happen!" Her timing is woeful. As is her tact. "I bet they didn't mean it, Master!"
Zienna nods. "Alright, Saldia. Since Beryl is yours, we do have to talk this over more. However, I think it can wait." she tilts her head. "But no more firelizards in the classrooms. If I have to ask D'ron to have Cavaloth give them this idea, I will."
Klari does jump at Pariath's croon, but doesn't turn to see what it was, she already knows. Then the mention of D'ron and her attention is caught again. An old friend of course, but she still remains slightly tense. She runs a hand through her hair, pulling it back after a gust of wind tosses it about.
Saldia smiles gratefully at the reprieve "Yes Master, I promise and I did apologise to Journeyman Analpha at the time." She scritches the various firelizards arranged on shoulders and arms "I usually don't let them come in so I have my hands free but Karigan's been funny recently and then well..." She trails off, realising that enough has been said for now, she does not want to get herself into further trouble.
Rissa turns wide-eyed to Hanneke, hearing her, and then jerks her gaze to Zienna to see what happens. Phew. She lets out a small sigh of relief, and she too smiles at the mention of D'ron. "Yes, thank you, Master Zienna." She smiles appreciatively, then looks around. Ok, so now what?
Hanneke, hopefully, also lacks volume. Still standing there, still looking horribly alive--she has way too much energy, and still bouncing upon her feet. At least she hasn't opened her mouth to say anything more.
Zienna nods, satisfied. "Well, then, I'll leave you be. But, remember, come talk to me, later."
Saldia nods her head, her face one of obedience "Yes Master, I will, thank you. Will you be in your rooms?" She turns her head to smile at her friends and Henneke and winks happily that for the moment she has escaped punishment but when she looks back at Zienna, none of that is apparant on her face.
Klari glances over to Hanneke, might as well find something out about the girl. "Do you swim? Run? Anything like that? With your free time anyway." She's still paying attention to her surroundings but trying to figure something out about Hanneke.
Rissa ohhs as Zienna starts to leave, "Are you sure you wouldn't rather join us?" She sees Saldia's face, and then the look after she glances at Master again, mentally kicking herself for getting her into trouble. She nearly jumps as she hears Klari- jumpy today is she? "Good to hear you speak a few words..." she sticks her tongue our playfully, scrunching her nose.
Hanneke stares blankly at Saldia's wink, although her smile never fades. Another blank glance, and even a blink or two, follows upon Klari's statement; "Excuse me? I don't really know why you're asking that, but since you asked it, it must be polite of me to answer it so--" she pauses for a long moment, then adds, "No. I don't."
Zienna nods an affirmative, then turns to leave.
Zienna crosses into the healers' courtyard, under the western arch.
Klari shakes her head, "I'm not meaning to be rude, just wondering if you do anything like that." So then Klari shrugs slightly before explaining. "Sometimes when I have a lot of energy, it can get me in trouble... So I go swimming, running or just something productive to do with my extra energy, it's fun too."
Saldia sighs in relief when she sees Zienna go and she rounds on her friends "Oh I thought I was going to be in trouble then." She caresses the poor blue who was named "Poor thing, see the class was sooooo boring I was not paying attention and Beryl was so eager to get me to pay attention so I could see your message well she was a little loud." She smiles and rubs her hands "So good to seeyou both."
Rissa forwns confusion at Hanneke's answer, then blinks, "So what do you do when you have spare time? Nothing?" Ris found she started sleeping more often as she's been busy lately, but that's not nothing, at least. Then, she smiles at Klari. Ahhh. She gets it now. "We still haven't gone running together, you know..." She watches Zienne retreat and shrugs. Ris likes Ris's company. Okay, wait. No. Ris likes company. Ack. Nevermind. Turning to Sal, she sighs, "Me, too. I'm sorry Sal..." Then she brightens, "Oh I /know/! How long has it been now?"
Dinara emerges from the healers' courtyard, under the western arch.
Hanneke digests this. Or, rather, she blinks again, and nods, attempting to look smart. "Oh, that's good for you. No, I don't do anything. I--sing!" And she dances--but it doesn't seem to help with the energy thing. She stands there a moment longer, then notes, "I have to go to class. It's nice to meet you all!" And she's gone--dancing, or so it appears.
You follow the stone ramp up into the Hall proper.
