Jamario sees the people and greets the in her friendly way, with a word and wave. "Hello!" she greets them cheerilly as she jots her signature onto the bottom of all her drawings.

Liessa wanders in to the caverns, probie harper Hanneke in tow. "This is the living caverns where food and things are, we'll only be staying here for a little time, but you might as well get to know the whole place. Wouldnt want you getting lost."

Hanneke bounces her way into the Living Caverns, eyes wide as she gazes about, seemingly in awe. The tawny-headed Harper Apprentice almost trips over a table in her vague delight. She hurries to keep up with Liessa, head, and curls, bouncing merrily. "Oh! Oh, oh, of course. Yes. THe living Caverns." She nods sagely, adding, "I get lost at the 'Hall, so I would get lost here, too, I expect."

Aine returns the greeting to the artist. Her curiosity getting the better of her she wanders over, leaving the parcel on the bench, to have a look at the drawings. "Hey, you're good."

Liessa chuckles. "Dont worry if you do. I got lost for long enough at the Hall." Spotting a familiar Enlander face she waves. "Hi Aine! Come and meet Hanneke." No shes not ignoring the other girl, she just doesnt know her, yet.

Unopened Christmas Present Egg rolls and rocks (or is that Rocks and Rolls) ti don't know which

Jamario looks up at Aine. "Really? Thanks. My name's Jamario." she tends to introduce herself right away, but it doesn't matter, right? Well, she tucks both her sketchbook and little make-shift drawing tool into her satchel. She turns her gaze to the and and stares in awe. "Beautiful, aren't they?"

Unopened Christmas Present Egg Cracks open, letting the hatchling tumble out.

Hawkmon Hatchling

This firelizard will always look more or less small and cute. His color is pale brown, like a tan, with a black spot on his head and a brown tail. He's small, compact, and the cutest little firelizard you've ever seen! His attitude is as sweet as he looks. Innocent, too. He likes to make up little songs that he trills when he's happy, which is almost all of the time! He loves to play with other firelizars and can make friends with anything! From the nicest firelizard to the meanest runner. But, with all this joy and happiness, doesn't there have to be something else? Yes. Two things really. ONe is the way he gets during a full moon. Strange, uncontrolable, powerful. When he looks at a full moon, watch out! And one other thing. This firelizard may look small and week, but he's probably more powerful than most firelizards. Though he doesn;t like to fight, he will if someone he loves is getting picked on or in danger. He's very loyal that way.

Hanneke allows a smile more brilliant than her previous one to cross her face, as she bobs her head in Aine's direction. Her glance is taken away at notice of the eggs, eyes blinking in awe (yet again). "Oh! There's eggs!"

Aine follows Jamarios gaze towards the eggs. "Yes they are arent they. Its almost a shame when they hatch, but its worth it." Waving to Liessa and Hanneke her jaw drops as the first egg does just that. "Oh."

Liessa quickly runs over to the hearth, loading up a plate with slices of wherry and meatrolls, bringing them back to the assembled crowd and offering it round, keeping a few choice bits for herself. "Here, here. There should be enought for everyone. Cant have them going hungry."

Jamario grins at Liessa. "S'okay, I think I've got something just for the occasion. She takes out a piece of meat, wrapped up neatly. Removing the wrap, she places it about a foot away from the little hatchling. It's an uncooked piece of wherry.

"Why are we going to feed them?" questions Hanneke, her comprehension skills clearly lacking. It doesn't stop her from taking a piece of meat, and, squishing it in her hand, offering it towards the hatchling.

Hawkmon Hatchling shakes the shards of shell off of him and then looks around he is brave, he is strong, he is .....hungery. He looks at the faces and chirps takeing in all around him. Looking from face to face which one is the one for him. He wonders.

Liessa places the plate to one side and kneels down slowly, extending a hand holding a chunk of wherry out towards the little hatchling, her eyes following the movement of his head as he scans the room.

Aine grabs an offered meatroll, quickly breaking it in two and offering one piece to the little brown, munching almost absently on the other half.

Kassanna enters from the Weyr's bowl, outside.

Breton walks in.

Night Before Christmas Eggrolls why should its clutch mate get all the fun

Hanneke sits, stretching out her hand with a kind of dull concentration that has her eyes focused intently upon the brown. Wrinkling her nose slightly at the meat within her hand, she squishes it, almost experimentally, saying nothing.

Hawkmon Hatchling cocks his head to one side and looks at everyone still. He starts going oneway then turn and goes another way hi is a bit confused but he watches everyone still.

Night Before Christmas Egg Breaks, cracks, and bust open, droping the hatchling on the ground.

Vemon Hatchling

Always the best, definately the finest, the little fellow makes sure that everyone knows it with grand cries and creels, musically proclaiming himself to the world in general as the best, and making sure that people know darn well that he is _better_ than they are. If you aren't blue, what good are you? And if you _are_ blue, you aren't _his_ kind of blue. What kind of blue is _his_ kind of blue? Why, it's a sky-blue, the clear tones of light shade that the sun's beams can only create. Body is liberally spotted with shades of sapphire, each individual mark gleaming like an in-pressed jem, like a scale placed on the perfect hide. Long tail sways, twitches, drifts to and fro with delight of being the one and only one worth attention. Wings flare above his head, arching to shade himself and letting filtering sun catch the small speckles with each twitch and motion. Each wingspar shimmers delecately, brushed with turquoise tinges and shimmering silver.

Kassanna releases Miku, who launches into the air.

Kassanna releases Tannin, who launches into the air.

Liessa's hand slowly follows the movements of the little brown from side to side, sending drifts of the scent of the wherry over the room towards him. Silently keeping track of his movements.

Kassanna releases Adrienne, who launches into the air.

Breton Takes a seat among the group. He then pulls out a

Aine cant decide whether keeping the pastry on the meatroll is a good idea or not and starts to pick at the offered piece, dropping flaky pieces on the floor infront of her till there is quire a mound on the floor and only a small piece of meatroll innards in her hand to be offered to the hatchlings.

Vemon Hatchling wobbles on his feet in the egg shards.

Hanneke gives the blue hatchling a wary glance, then, in delight, giggles towards it, bouncing up and down in her half-seated position, which sends her meat bouncing up and down in similar movements. "Ooh!" This is so much better than work.

Jamario smiles as another hatches. She'd go for it, but this one's too cute. She takes her offer, just a little drippy with juices, into her hand and slowly moves it towards the little brown, just a little ways away from it, maybe a foot. She opens her hand. "Hungry little guy?"

Breton Takes a seat among the group. He then pulls out a meatroll from the small pile he placed next to him. Braceing himself up with one hand he holds the meatroll in the other. He begins moving the meatroll around.

Hawkmon Hatchlinghe looks at Jamario and then at her meat and dives for the meat I guess he found his person he wants.

Hawkmon Hatchling Impresses to Jamario.

Liessa smiles as the first hatched Impresses and sits back on her heels, stretching her back. "Congratulations Jamario."

Adrienne chirps in delight as the little brown inpresses. What a nice pair!

Aine watches the browns movements as he makes his decision. "Well done. He's lovely."

Hanneke beams a grin towards Jamario, another person whom she doesn't know, but will be sweet and kind to anyway. Wiggling with anticipation, much more like a child half her turns than a young woman her own age, she regards the blue, waiting in anticipation for who -he- will choose.

Jamario smiles, somewhat surprised that the little one chose her. She lets the him gobble down the meat. "Thanks. He's cute too." She grins at the little guy affectionately.

Vemon Hatchling he looks aroudn his stomach growling he is hungery but is looking for someone who is full of life and adventure.

Christmas Tree Egg wiggles should it hatch or should it not. It wonders.

Liessa stands up briefly, stretching one leg, then the other. "Im getting to old for this." she mutter to noone in particular, bur kneels down once again.

Jamario calls to Hawkmon Hatchling, who flies over and lands on her shoulder.

Aine munches on her flit-offering meatroll then realises she has nothing left to offer. Moving to the plate Liessa had brought she grabs a few strips of wherry and another meatroll for herself and settles back down on the cavern floor, muching happily and holding out a wherry strip at just above baby flit level.

"You can't be too old, Journeywoman Liessa. You don't look it." Hanneke grins broadly, tossing tawny curls across her shoulders as her long digits outstretch in the direction of the hatchling.

Breton goes back from a leaning position to kneeling. A smile is sent in the direction of Jamario as well as a "congratulations." Turning back to the other hatching he breaks apart his meatroll setting a few pieces infront of him a bit and holding a nother in his hand. "Here little guy all for you." he taps on the floor near the meat.

Christmas Tree Egg Splinters open, the hatchling tumbleing away from the shards.

Wormmon Hatchling

Florid buds of blossoming coral hue creepingly vine up along supple, brilliant emerald hide, choking this firelizard's slender neck in a merciless grasp. Starburst lime rebelliously flares up from the very pits of her, little rivulets of it streaming all about her lithe frame to reach out and curl 'round the farthest tip of seraphic wings, like a phosphorescent protection swathing her pristine innocence. Roses upon roses; faint traces of red and white and pink and blue have splayed lifelessly upon her back, like flowers withered by winter and sacrificed into the cold. Little motes of light, of hope: they form an aura of gold-bedazzled which seems to limn her delicate and sleek physique, lightly defining faint bulges of whipcord muscle rippling 'neath her green, smooth, damp skin.

Liessa chuckles. "Im older than I look Hanneke." yeah, a whole 24 turns, and this really isnt good for her knees so once again she stands up, aiming for a bending over pose.

Adrienne chips happily. A green! Green is much better then blue. That is why she has both the blues in order. (Or so she thinks!)

Aine oohs as a third egg pops, spilling out a green. "Wow! Look at that one. Shes pretty."

Hanneke ohs, face contorting itself into a look of faint concentration which is unusual enough. "Are you? I didn't think you were." She takes the comment in her stride, adding, "It can't be too bad being old, I don't think." The green, and then the blue, are given glances, grins splitting her cheerful face apart, as she outstretches her hand once more. "Look! They're so pretty."

Breton looks up from the blue hatchling to the green then back to the blue. He smiles yet agin and speaks tword Liessa "Its not how old you are its how young you feel." and with that theory he must only be 10 turns right?

Wormmon Hatchling chirps in a delcate chirp at her clutch mate then looks at hte people around her.

Liessa chuckles. "Quite right, quite right. Only right now I feel about sixty. I'l leave you to it." and she stands up once more stretching her back to get the knots out.

Aine's eyes are fixed on the green and her hand drops lower and lower till her offered wherry is resting on the floor.

Hanneke giggles at the green's chirp, giving another glance to the blue, just in case, perhaps, he feels left out. "You're not going to try, Journeywoman Liessa? That's no fun. I'm sorry."

Vemon Hatchling looks from Breton to Hanneke tought dicesion he thinks

Muse blinks in from ::between::!

Jamario calls to Muse, who flies over and lands on her shoulder.

Liessa has more than enough trouble with her existing winged companions. "I think 3 is enough for me. They take up enough of my spare time, which as you know if next to nothing." but she isnt going too far away from the action, just to a nearby table for a more comfortable seat to watch from.

Hanneke says, intelligently, "Oh. You've got three?" She, of course, would probably barely have time for one, being the dumb little Harper than she is, but that's beside the point. Leaning forward, she holds out her meat expectantly, eyes wide with anticipation.

Aine realises just a second too late that her wherry is lying in the dust. Shards. Lifting it from the floor she inspects it closely. not too bad. Maybe the flits wont notice.

Breton smiles at the Hatchlings. He sets another fresher piece of meatroll in front of him, and then procedes to wiggle the meat while makeing little noises. "Oh this is fun though." more noises and wiggleing

Wormmon Hatchling looks at the trail of meatrolls on the ground and thinks if he is not going to go after them I will and she picks up the first piece.

Vemon Hatchling he looks at the piece of meat the Hanneke is holding and starts that way beign a bit coushios at first them dogeing at it.

Vemon Hatchling Impresses to Hanneke.

Vemon Hatchling looks at you with whirling eyes. You have Impressed him.

Jamario looks at Hanneke and smiles. "Congrats!"

Hanneke beams in delight as the blue comes her way, and takes him up with a positive beam: "Oh! Isn't he adorable? I'm so delighted with him." Beam.

Liessa claps her hands as Hanneke Impresses blue. "Well done! My first was a blue too."

Aine looks up from her perch on the lfoor with a smile. "Congratulations."

Wormmon Hatchling moves to the next piece of meat on the ground and eats it dantly as well.

Breton looks up and smiles as he sees Hanneke get the blue. "congratulaitions" He claps forgeting he has a meatroll in his hand. The meatroll drops to the ground. Realizng he droped it he goes back and looks at the last hatchling and grabs yet another Meatroll, putting the other to his side.

Wormmon Hatchling picks up the droped meatroll and eating it looks up at Breton and finishing it chirps

Wormmon Hatchling Impresses to Breton.

Hanneke continues to beam at the blue, jiggling her shoulder in delight, which causes the poor thing to almost 'mew' in disgust. She keeps feeding it, no matter that her hands are getting dirty.

Aine absently swings her dusty meat from side to side as she watches the green eat up the trail of dropped offerings. "Guess she doesnt mind a little dust." the as the little one Impresses elsewhere stands up, dusting off her bottom and dropping the dust wherry on a table. "Congratulations."

Breton looks down at the green with suprise and delight. "oooohhhh,,,,"

Liessa smiles as the green finds a partner. "Well done."

Hanneke, as if belatedly realising the congratulations, offers, "Thanks! Isn't he perfect? Just beautiful." Bounce, bounce, bounce.

Liessa nods, standing up. "He's lovely. I guess I should show you where the oil for them is kept now, since you'll be needing it soon enough. shall we continue the tour?"

Hanneke stands, wiggling her shoulders in delight, and nods. "You should, I guess. Do they need it a lot?" She's going to be full of questions now, and probably the same ones multiple times. "Yes, we shall, I guess."

Aine grins as the questions come thick and fast adn leads the way out of the caverns.

Liessa takes her cue from everyone else leaving and following on behind Aine takes Hanneke and her questions on the rest of the tour.
