You walk toward the bustling Weyrhall.

Auralia thoughtfuly pokes her head into the room, gulps as her eyes catch on Starr, and slowly steps in. Duck. She isn't here. She wasn't seen. Yeah.

Kayjay doesn't really notice anything. She is too busy working on hides.

Starr whirls around with her mug and leans upon the table. That saucy and dangerous look in her eye as she scans the sparce crowd. "Let us see..." she says, noting all the male riders and a few female ones as well. Movement near the entrance makes her glance that way, but she misses Auralia.

Auralia looks rather relieved. Very much relieved, in fact. She ducks towards the serving table, half hiding herself behind one of the other tables as she serves herself. You can't be too careful, after all.

Kayjay purses her lips, reaching for her tea mug without looking up. She frowns when she can't find it and looks up briefly. Spotting Starr, her eyes widen and she tries to make herself small in her chair.

Starr spots a Bronzerider entering, deep in thought, and heading for the serving table. Only too late does he look up to see Starr as she approaches him. "Helloooo." she croons, circling about him and then ushering him to the table. "Come for a tidbit or two?" she asks sweetly, picking up a stawberry and holding it up invitingly. The rider looks quite uncomfortable, of course.

Ricielle walks over from the Western Courtyard.

Ricielle wavies as she comes running in.

Auralia moves herself to a seat, eyeing Starr carefuly, but refraining from the spoken word. Ricielle is noted, the greenrider offering a short nod in greeting.

Kayjay waves at Auralia when she gauges Starr is distracted. She sips at her tea before setting down the mug again. She doesn't seem to notice the child.

Ricielle settles down with her chalkboard and starts to scribble on it with her chalk.

Auralia tilts her head into a nod towards Kayjay, eyeing her juice with almost devotion. Yes, we'll watch that. Very good.

Starr is busily distracted by a bronzerider she is hovering over by the serving table. When he doesn't seem to interested she snorts and says, "I'm sorry D'man! I know you have a crush on me, but it can never be!" she turns away and faces his weyrmate, looking forlorn. The bronzerider proceeds to blinks and try and explain something. "No! No! I won't here it! Nothing you can say will convince me! Not even those flowers you sent me! Not even that fine vintage of Benden you tried to hoist off on me! I'm sorry!" she says and walks over to Auralia's table. Smiling wickedly at her as she sits, leaving the rider to explain things to a confused weyrmate.

Kayjay shakes her head, wincing. She smiles sympathetically to the bronzerider and mate, but clearly has the look of .. better them than her."

Ricielle finishes scribbling on her chalkboard and looks at the grownups to see who might want to see her "art"

Auralia glances at Ricielle, and sees the little girl as a perfect excuse. "Can I see what you're drawing?"

Ricielle nod nods as she scoots down and runs over to Auralia, skidding to a stop in front of her "See the dwagon I am drawing?" as she holds it up.

Starr blinks at Auralia and then turns to look at the child. Leaning over the table, all the way over, she tries to get a look at it as well. In fact, she ends up lying on her belly on the table. "Oh, nice!"

Ricielle smiles as she shows what might be a dragon, though for a 7 turn old its better than most, its still a 7 turn's drawing.

Auralia eyes Starr, and then the drawing, "That's lovely," she says, with a smile, "What's it's name?"

Ricielle says "Greenie, as she is a pwetty gween dwagon."

Auralia pauses, and slowly nods her head, "That's...a lovely name."

Kayjay finishes another hide, setting it aside. She takes a deep breath and then grabs another hide, looking it over and making a few notes as she frowns slightly.

Starr raises a brow. "Greenie is a name you'de give a firelizard. Dragon names all end with a `th' sound." she says, bluntly. Then peers at the picture and shrugs, sitting back.

Ricielle nod nods as she giggles, she frowns at Starr though "Greenith?" she trys to say the word with a th ending

Kayjay peeks across her pile of hides at Starr then back at her work.

Ricielle wavies at Aura indicating in her child like ways, that she wants to say something to her.

Auralia eyes Ricielle a moment, and then leads her head in past Starr, "Yes?"

Starr watches that head go past and gets a grinch-type smile on her face. As Ricielle takes one ear she leans down towards the other. What she is intent on doing, who knows...she is proddy.

Ricielle whispers, in a child manner, aka a theateracal type whisper, "Why is she a meanie?"

Kayjay mutters to herself. "24 hides done today, 80 candidates, 30 more to go. Shards. I won't get these done and get away before Jia...."

Auralia sits up. "She's not. She's nice. She's just...not herself." Yes. Her eyes move towards Starr, and she blinks, "Do you think it all passes through one ear and into the other, Starr?"

Starr darts in quick as Auralia turns her face towards her a tad, moving to kiss the other greenrider. "Nope." she says, just before.

Ricielle says "Why?"

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Lisanth comments, slowly << My rider is hungry. >>

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Jiazith rumbles a bit, curiously << Then she should eat something. >>

Auralia acks. Just...acks. And ducks her head backwards. "Er, Starr. That's...not nice." Yeah, that's it. A glance back at Ricielle. Starr can't kiss the _back_ of her head, after all. Can she? "Because..it happens. When you ride a green."

Dragon> Suriath bespoke Southern Weyrling Wing with << My rider says she can send a server over with trays of food for the weyrlings if she would like? >>

Dragon> Enaeth bespoke Southern Weyrling Wing with << I will tell my rider to get bread for her. >>

Ricielle nods and clearly looks puzzled

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Iesath croons, her thoughts filled with spicy tones of smooth klah, as well as the usual deep, moonlit greens. << My rider is eating. She's happy. >> A pause: << Well, Jiazith's rider is making her feel silly, but that's normal. >>

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Breidith shhhhshs. << Do not wake Ceruth. >>

Dragon> Lisanth bespoke Southern Weyrling Wing with << She can't get food. That bad person said so. >>

Starr pouts a little bit and leans back on the table. "Well poo!" she responds. "Your no fun anymore Rali! Where's the one I have food fights with?" she asks, crossing her arms and straddling the table. "You don't love me anymore!"

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Suriath sounds wise and worldy. << He is not bad. He is bigscaryman >>

Love? Auralia chokes. "Er. I love you, Starr. Really, I do. You're a very sweet, kind person." Her eyes graze the ceiling, and she shrugs at Ricielle.

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Breidith hushes draconically again. << Quiet quiet. You wake Ceruth and then his rider will wake and then my rider will yell and he will yell and she will get upset and he will get upset. >>

Kayjay looks up at Auralia, torn between helping her and saving her own skin. She takes the wherry way out and goes back to hiding behind hide stacks.

Ricielle says "Why only gween widers?"

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Iesath is even more wise, and more wordly than Suriath. But she was doing that all the way back when she was little. << Oh, don't bother Breidith. Ceruth doesn't wake up very easily. >> Then, towards the weyrlings, she adds in a calm voice: << He is not scary. He is very wise. You should listen to him. >>

Starr glances at Ricie and gives a little sigh, making a little pouty face. "Rali is usually so much fun, but her green is proddy." she tells Rici, shaking her head a bit. "She's a lot different otherwise."

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Suriath sheepishly whispers. << Sorry Breidith.>>

Ricielle says "Pwoddy?"

Auralia wiggles her nose, opening her mouth to say something. And shuts it again. "Proddy? I'm not proddy.." a pause, "Tar."

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Jiazith croons gently << He is very wise, he knows what to show you all to make you strong. Strong like him and even more important, myself! >>

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Lisanth snorts, << He doesn't scare me. He makes me mad. He said my rider was...being bad to me. And now she can't go eat. And she was not being bad. She is wonderful and good and perfect! >>

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Breidith sends a look at Iesath from her spot, << I sleep next to Ceruth. I know him. Do not tell me not to bother. >> She thus makes her way back to her wallowmate. She again notes, << Weyrling dragons quiet."

Starr snorts and waves a hand, leaning down to stage whisper to Ricie, "She always denys it, pity really. But what can you do?" she says with a sigh, shrugging a bit.

Ricielle says "What is pwoddy?"

Dragon> Jiazith bespoke Southern Weyrling Wing with << Don't be so bossy Breidith, there is nothing wrong with talking! Talking is good, it helps them learn things! >>

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Iesath doesn't sound a bit repentant. << Whatever, Breidith. I don't think it matters, however. It is good that the young ones are happy, and talking! >> But she, too, modulates her mind voice a little, until it only reigns down in the faintest shards of silvery moonlight.

Auralia sits up straighter, turning her head back to Starr. "Do you want me to be not-proddy then? Shall I kiss you back? Will you be happy then?" The things she'll do to be left alone. Or something. "Proddy is when a green is about to rise. To...create babies. Only, she doesn't. Her rider gets all strange." A meaning glance at Starr.

Ricielle looks totally confused "How can she make and not make babies?" , clearly the logic threw her totally off

Starr nods a bit at Ricie and gestures at Auralia. "Thus how she is acting right now." she adds.

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Breidith snarls low at Jiazith, << Have you suddenly been placed in charge of the young ones when my back was turned. No. Your rider does not wear that knot. If you wish to chatter to them fine, but not interfering with Ceruth's rider's lessons. >> The green thus silences herself at some of her rider's words.

The first sound of the evening comes from Kayjay's lips as she giggles, listening to Auralia's explanations.

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Jiazith snorts a bit. << She doesn't need one, she's the smartest, bestest, prettiest and nicest rider there is. A lot nicer than yours! >> she replies, then proceeds to ignore Breidith on her own and instead croons to the dragonets softly, her mind a bright flash of jade fireworks.

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Breidith notes curtly, << Proddy dragons often say things they regret later. >> Insulting her rider of all the nerve... proddy dragon chatting with the weyrlings when they have no understanding. Even she is chased away from the younglings when she glows.

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Iesath does not glow. At least, one hopes she does not glow. Her rider seems fairly normal...if this is possible. << I think that we should all talk to the weyrlings. >> A pause, as she adds, << My rider says that Enaeth and Chaidyth are -my- weyrlings. I'm not quite sure why, but I'm happy for it. I will talk as I choose. >>

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Enaeth chimes in, a little drowsy sounding, << No, Iesath, I'm V'tali's weyrling. >>

Auralia bites her lip, "I'm perfectly normal. Perfectly, perfectly normal. It's Starr who is proddy."

Dragon> Southern Weyrling Wing sense that Iesath says nothing in reply, except that a certain, moon-lit self-assurance indicates that she doesn't believe it.

Auralia adds, "Um. I don't know, actually. But that's what happens!" She's sure of it. Very sure.

Kayjay coughs slightly.

Ricielle still looks confused and lost

Auralia is not very good at this explaining stuff. Her eyes light on Kayjay. "Kayjay! Perhaps you're good at explaining it?" Pretty please?

Starr sits atop the table silent for a good long moment, blinks at Auralia and shakes her head. Then leaps from where she is, tackling a suprised Auralia to the ground. "I AM NOT PRODDY!" she suddenly shouts, grabbing hold of the greenrider's shoulders to try and give her a good shaking. "ADMIT IT! I'M NOT!"

Ricielle looks at the other rider with child like eyes that look utterly lost.

Ricielle eeps and runs away from STar and skidds off under a table!

Auralia is suddenly on the ground, being shaken. Oohdear. This is not going well. "Okay, okay! I'm proddy, you're not. That's why I'm acting odd. And I don't love you when I'm proddy, because I love everyone else just to make you jealous." There. Her head flies every which way, saved only but her hands which grip to the table to keep herself someone in place.

Kayjay raises her eyebrows, looking at Auralia about to say something .. but is saved by the errr tackle? She notes Ricielle is safe. She learned from before, she isn't about to do anything to get in the way of Starr and Auralia.

Ricielle hides under a table, totally freaked out as one hurts another.

A nanny walks into the room, looking about for stray children. She purses her lips when she thinks she sees something under a table.

Ricielle doesn't even notice as she watches wide eyed as the meanie hurts the kind girl who was helping her.

Starr Stops shaking Auralia and smiles, leaning down to kiss her full on the lips. "Much better." she says.

Ricielle goes from frightened to confused

Auralia, for a wonder, doesn't lean back. Of course, she can't. In fact, she kisses back. Perhaps it's the only way to get out of it? Or perhaps she'll just grin and bear it. Or something. "Good."

Starr stands up and holds out a hand to help her wingsecond up. "Yes, very good. Did you have berries for desert?" she asks, licking her lips.

Ricielle says "Why did the meanie go from hitting her to kissing her? " she looks, yet again, lost."

Nanny goes to sit near Ricielle and pulls out her knitting.

Auralia grabs at the other greenrider's hand, pulling herself to her feet with the hand's help, and nods quietly, "I did, actually. Fresh berries with a creamy custard. Lovely." Ricielle gets a warm smile. It's normal. Yes.

Kayjay continues to shake her head and tries to stifle her giggles as she goes back to her hidework.

Ricielle crawls off under the tablee, its obvious she skidded under the table by the way the front of her dress looks.

Starr makes yummy sounds and licks her lips, taking the other rider's hands to her lips and giving them a thorough kissing. "Very tasty..." she says, looking at Auralia. It can not be told what she means, the desert of the greenrider. Then on a sudden whim she drops the hands and leaps to the table tops. "AURALIA LOVES ME!" she cries for all to hear.

Ricielle winces and looks about to bolt again..

A bluerider from Starflame tugs at Auralia's shirt and whispers, "She also had a full skin of white out by the beach earlier...I managed to escape...good luck."

Auralia looks all...well, not happy, but tolerating it. "That feels good," says the greenrider in a low voice, as her hands are kissed. Her head turns around briefly to listen to the bluerider, and she nods, "I'll surive," she whispers, turning back to Starr. To humor is to survive. "Yes, I love you." Awwwww.

Kayjay takes advantage of Starr's table announcement and scurries over to the meal table to grab a meatroll and a couple of cookies. She slides back in her chair. She mutters. "I can handle ThreadFall, I can handle fires but I can't handle a ...greenrider when they are this way."

Starr sees the scurrying brownrider and beams at Kayjay. "ANd I love Kayjay!" she shouts again, leaping off the table to move to the brownrider. "Very much!" she adds, in a less loud shout.

Ricielle says "Meanie is not mean, she is crazy..."

Ricielle nods to herself as if she finally has an explination.

Auralia is crazy, too, but for once she's actually rather...normal. Maybe. "We all love each other?" A glance is sent to Kayjay. She's not serious about that one.

Ricielle skurries up to the meal table and reaches up for something to eat..

Kayjay nods and speaks soothingly. "I love you, you love me. We are a . we are friends, Starr, of course we are."

Starr swings around Kayjay's table, till she face her over the hides. Then moves to push them out of the way and lean across the table. "Pfff! Friends! I love ya woman! LOVE! LOVE LOVE! JUst want some love!" she starts to sing. Then burps and sicks back, blinking a bit. "Woo, that was a doozy." she says, then blinks and rubs her head. "Kay...there aren't supposed to be two of you...right?"

Dragon> Jiazith bespoke Iesath and Suriath with << I told her not to drink that stuff... >>

"Careful, love!" Auralia's all caught up into it now, fear. "Twin Kayjay's? One for all of us?"

Ricielle grabs up what ever is in reach and starts to eat it and pauses "Oh, is she sick?"

Iesath> Suriath and Jiazith sense that Iesath snorts, her thoughts colored with wise oak and moonshadow << It happens, they do it >> she says, sagely.

Dragon> Iesath and Suriath sense that Jiazith replies with a sharp angled cascade of jade and mellon.

Kayjay tries to save her neatly stacked hides but it is useless and she watches as they are pushed away. She backs away as far back as she can lean in her chair when Starr burps. "No.. I don't have a twin. Not that I know of... Would you.. would you like some klah ..friend?"

Iesath> Suriath senses that Iesath adds, privately to you, << My rider seems to think it would be better for your riders safety if she just went along with Jiazith's rider. I don't quite see how, but she insists I tell you. >>

Starr blinks and looks at Auralia with wide eyes. "I don' wanna share..." she replies, pouting. "I want her all to myself...but she doesn't love me anymore..." she sniffs and glances at Kayjay. "See? She stutters whenever she talks to me...like she's nervous...like I'm gonna bite her or s'mthin'."

Ricielle just eats what ever she grabbed as she watches, not mattering to her if its vegitable or meat...

"She'll just being silly," decides Auralia, coming up by Starr, and smiling openly at her. "Okay, we don't have to share Kayjay. She'll be okay. So will you. You'll get over here, won't you? I know you will."

Kayjay shakes her head at Starr. "No, no, I do love you, Starr, you are a good friend. You have always been my good friend." She smiles soothingly. "Would you like some tea?"

Starr turns her head to look at Auralia, except in an exagerated fashion. "Get over her? Do I gotta? Can't I still love her a teeny bit? She is so cute and charming and has a great figure!" she replies. Then turns to look back at Kayjay. "Friend! Well...I'll have to live with that...Tea? Does it have wine in it?" she asks, perking up a bit.

Ricielle notices no one is paying her any mind and she goes to move a chair over as some meanie put the cookies too far back on the table for her to reach..

Auralia considers, and shrugs very slowly, "If you want to. I suppose we all keep our old crushes forever, even if it's only a faint memory." The greenrider smiles, "I have to agree. She's not bad." Her head turns just enough to cast a glance towards Kayjay.

Kayjay shake her head. "No wine I am afraid. But it really is nice to drink. Maybe a cookie?" She holds up the plate of cookies on the table beside her. " She blushes softly "You can love me as a friend, dear."

Ricielle manages to get a chair over to the meal table and goes to scramble up on it..

Starr reaches for a cookie, snagging one, and then glances up at Auralia brightly. "Speaking of crushes, did you know thats I sent you all those gifts so long ago?" she asks, grinning in a silly fashion as she takes a bite of her cookie. Then makes a face and swallows. "No wine..." she whines, then notices Rici's attempt at getting cookies. "Let me know if those have wine in them!"

Ricielle looks puzzled at the sick girl as she grabs up a handful and sits down on the chair she moved and nibbles on them..

Auralia does her best to look all surprised and stuff, and completely taken aback. It's hard to tell if she pulls it off enough. "Really? It was you? I still wear that necklace," her hands move to her neck, fiddling with said item. "I never would have guessed. Does this mean you did have a crush on me?"

A very girlish giggle comes from Starr who nods a bit. "Yeah...I did...still do." she admits, batting her eyes. "Who wouldn't?" she asks, before the sound of crunching cookies and the feeling of eyes on her makes her look at Rici. "Do they have wine?"

Ricielle says "What is wine?"

Kayjay sighs with relief as Starr moves on to another vic.. err friend. She begins to sort through the hides, putting them into neat little stacks. "Shards.. I am never going to finish in time."

Auralia's eyes widen somewhat, and it looks almost as though she's not sure if she has to take this seriously or not. "You do? That's so sweet. And there was I thinking no one appreciated me." A pause, "Wine is something you don't need to worry about," she says towards Ricielle.

Ricielle nods at Aura as she stands up to get more cookies..

The nanny gives Ricielle a slight shake of the head as she heads for more cookies.

Ricielle gives the nanny an innocent look and puppy dog eyes.

Starr takes Auralia's hand and suddenly seems to become her normal self, winking at Aura and grinning her chesire grin. "Oh yes, I do. It never ended...just didn't know how to really continue going about it." she admits, moving to take the greenrider's hand and place another kiss on the wrist. That is until she hears Kayjay's comment and turns to ask, "In time for what?"

"You have a cute grin, Starr," says Auralia with a grin of her own, without a trace of shyness about any of this. Awwww. "That's rather sweet, Starr." Um, yes. "Indeed. What is it for, Kayjay?"

The nanny looks over at Ricielle over her knitting and shakes her head again, firmly this time. She gestures to the fruit tray and smiles.

Ricielle sighs "Meanie.." she calls the nanny and grabs up as much as seh can of cookies and bolts for the door... (pause to let nanny react)

Dragon> Iesath senses that Jiazith sighs, sounding grumpy and pressured, as she says << Starr told me to tell you that she means it...whatever that is. Silly thing for me to be telling, but it /is/ for her. >>

Iesath> Jiazith senses that Iesath considers this, a wave of comprehension hitting like a crash of greenery. << Oooh. Auralia knows what you mean. That's lovely to hear, actually. Auralia is..pleased. I think. Thank you. >>

The nanny shakes her head as she rises to her feet, swift of feet as she walks, not runs, - one must never run in weyr halls, don't you know- after Ricielle.

Ricielle walks toward the Courtyard.

Kayjay chooses to answer Auralia first. "Finishing up the files on the candidates to be stored away. Just filling in where they went to, if they chose not to stay with us after the hatching."

Dragon> Iesath senses that Jiazith Seems a bit taken aback, but her thoughts flower green as she replies << Your welcome. >>

Starr blinks and frowns. "But you said finish with those in time...in time for what?" she persists, not letting go of Auralia's hand.

Auralia ahs, bobbing her head as she leans down to pick up a cookie for herself, "That makes sense, right. So you have to do all that?" Auralia squeezes her hand around Starr's, almost smiling.

Kayjay errms. "In time to be finished of course."

D'thyn walks over from the Western Courtyard.

Starr ohs at Kayjay and looks back, then nods. "That is a good reason then." she admits, then turns to beam at Auralia. "So did you ever have a crush on me?" she asks, looking hopeful.

Kayjay looks at Starr, straight faced and deadpanned, expecting her to take her answer at face value. She chuckles with relief when she does.

Auralia is holding tight to Starr's hand. They're standing quite closely. Fear? She beams at the other greenrider, pausing to wave at D'thyn, and replies, "I suppose so. I've always liked you, Starr." There. Awww.

D'thyn waves a passing, "Good evening," giving Auralia a smile, if a somewhat curious one, as he makes his way to the wine casks for a glass of red.

Starr beams at Auralia and gets up to hug Auralia tight. "Oh! That means sooooo much to me Lia!" she says, pulling back to look the other greenrider in the eye.

Kayjay smiles openly, relaxing in her seat. "Good evening, D'thyn!"

Auralia offers D'thyn a bright smile, and a shrug, and then it's back to Starr, and her own arms hugging around the other greenrider's. "Does it? I'm glad." Her own blue eyes meet Starr's, smiling.

D'thyn chuckles and deems it best to sit down in the vicinity of Kayjay. "Well this certainly seems a happy lot."

Starr giggles and then turns to D'thyn and says. "Aura loves me! And I love her!" she tells the bronzerider matter-of-factly.

Kayjay nods. "It is now.. much more peaceful. Starr is happy and Auralia is happy holding her hand and I am able to get my work done and I might be able to get away in time.."

Auralia just beams, "That's right, Starr." Happy, happy. Or something.

D'thyn looks between Auralia and Starr, and grins. "I see. Well then, um," he holds up his wine glass towards the two, "congratulations!"

Starr giggles and leans against Auralia, batting her eyes at D'thyn. "Though I still think your awfully cute." she amends, so not to hurt the bronzeriders feelings...or so she thinks.

Kayjay holds her tea mug up towards the two as well. "Congratulations, yes!"

Congratulations? Oh, yes! Congratulations! Auralia smiles, saying slowly: "Thanks. Thanks a lot." She glances at Starr, at her words, and giggles, "I agree. Even if you are old, D'thyn."

D'thyn chuckles, giving Kayjay a sidelong glance before inclining his head to the two, "Well, thank you, I think. And I dare say you're both quite charming as well, even if you are so young," he winks, "and will make a fine couple." Kayjay gets another.. inquiring look.

Starr glances at Auralia in suprise. "You think so too?" she asks, a little suprised. Then glances back at D'thyn with her chesire smile, eyes flashing with an idea. "That gives me an idea." she says in a stage whisper to her fellow.

Auralia ohs, raising her brows at Starr, "Yes, I do. Why not?" She's all curious. "An idea?" Belatedly, she smiles again at D'thyn: "Why thank you!" Dimple.

Starr nods very slowly, looking at Auralia and then slowly tracking her eyes to D'thyn. Then glancing back with a raised brow and then nodding barely to the bronzerider. On her face is a questioning look to be shared between herself and the other greenrider present.

Kayjay mutters to D'thyn, "They... Auralia,... to... Starr... and they... that... since.... is leaving me... all... .. that... about.... am... get these hides done before Jiazith rises so I can get... far... far away..."

D'thyn leans in close to listen to Kayjay's words with an expression which can only be described as.. inscrutable. He furrows his brow ever so slightly and watches the two greenriders with a little nervousness. "What sort of idea would that be, Starr?"

Auralia raises her brows again, and nods almost inperceptively towards Starr.

Starr disengages her hand from Auralia's own, moving to circle around D'thyn. "Oh...nothing too interesting...at least probably not to you." she says, glancing back at Auralia with a wink.

Kayjay looks nervous, very nervous at the words -not to you.-.

Auralia winks back, moving towards the other side of the bronzerider, eyes on Starr. Waiting for the right moment, no doubt.

Ricielle walks over from the Western Courtyard.

Ricielle peeps in...

The nanny comes racing behind Ricielle, swearing softly as she rubs her chin.

Ricielle runs out again!

D'thyn turns his head around in an attempt to keep his eye on Starr, and puts his wine glass back on the table, straightening up a bit in his seat. "What do you mean, 'not to me'?"

Starr sighs gustily and moves to take D'thyn's arm. "Well, if you really want to know you must stand. It is something that must be shown and participated in...don't worry...It doesn't involve kissing or anything mushy like that."

D'thyn very reluctantly allows himself to be stood up, looking at Kayjay with a concerned frown. "It doesn't?" He smirks slightly, "How disappointing."

Auralia just stands there, beaming all innocent, "Starr's right." Woo! He stood up.

Starr pauses and glances across at Auralia. "Well, it could include that if you want." she admits, giggling a bit as she keeps hold of his elbow. "Now, all you need to do is raises your arms..."

Kayjay pushes her chair back against a wall and watches Starr, ready to step in if necessary.

Auralia waits, hands not quite raised, or anything like that. Innocent smile remains.

"Raise my -arms-?" D'thyn is definitely frowning now. "Why, exactly, Starr, should I raise my arms?"

Starr sighs and rolls her eyes. "It won't be a suprise if you don't!" she retorts. "And I promised I wouldn't do any mushy stuff." she says, looking at D'thyn with a hopeful pout.

Kayjay shakes her head, stage whispering. "Don't trust 'em."

D'thyn smirks again, "Starr, I'm not -worried- about mushy stuff. Being kissed may be awkward at times but at least it isn't directly unpleasant. I'm currently worried about a great number of things which are all a good deal worse."

"Worse? I don't think we could do anything that was worse!" Auralia smiles, "Just for us? Pleeasse?"

Ricielle walks through the swinging doors of the Kitchen.

Ricielle peeps out..

Starr giggles a bit and then thinks a moment. "Hmmmm...yes, true...what Auralia said." she admits, nodding her head. Then looks at Kayjay and shushes with a finger to her lips. "And Jiazith is not going to rise cause she is not proddy and neither am I...RIGHT?!?"

The nanny stands by the door and reaches to catch Ricielle's hand.

D'thyn sighs, looking at Kayjay with a large-eyed I'm-going-to-regret-this look, and raises his arms. Slowly. Carefully.

Ricielle meeps as she is caught and she trys to pull away

Kayjay blinks at Starr, wide-eyed and innocent. "What ever makes you happy, dear Starr, your happiness is paramount, here. "

The nanny walks towards the door, her grip on the child not in anyway hard or tight or abusive in any way, in fact, she could break loose if she truly wanted to.

Starr nods firmly to KJ and then turns to find D'thyn's arm's raised. A slight squeel of joy and her hands dart out for the rider's side. Even as she moves in close so that disentangling from the tickle attack would be hard.

Auralia jumps in, just in time to insert wiggling fingers, and proceed to tickle relentlessly. "Muahaha!" Did she just say that aloud? Oh. She did. Oops.

Ricielle struggles with the Nanny but she doesn't want to hurt her, she wonders were we are going..?

Kayjay looks on, letting out a huge sigh of relief. "Tickling isn't as bad as what I thought they might do." She nods to the nanny. "Bed time for the tyke?"

Tickling seems bad enough to D'thyn, whose reaction after valiantly trying to -not- react is to curl into some kind of ball like shape and laugh helplessly. What do you know, the bronzerider's pathologically ticklish.

Auralia keeps tickling. Heeeeee. Or something. "It works!" Happy happy! Calooh callay!

Starr giggles on her own and doesn't stop tickling either, laughing along with him. "GIt im! Hit im good!" she squeels happily, going for those sensitive ribs. "WHo knew!" she adds.

"I certainly didn't," beams Auralia. with a chuckle, her fingers continuing their work. "Darn. If I'd known this after that flight of Iesath's I'd've been in even better shape."

The nanny seems caught up in gawking at the riders acting more like her charges. She loosens her grip on Ricielle in the process.

Kayjay laughs almost as hard as D'thyn as she watches the tickle assault.

Ricielle gets loose and dashes between the Nanny's legs, not intending on knocking her over, just trying to get away from the meanie. She skidds off under a table..

D'thyn's laughter begins turning into less like laughter and more like, well, the sounds of a desperate animal as he tries to shove away their arms. He tries to voice protest but it sounds more like, "N..," and "St..," and particularly "Aigh."

Kayjay notes D'thyn's red face and change in tone. "Auralia? Maybe enough?"

Starr hmmmsss and looks across at Auralia, opening her mouth to speak till a flailing arm knocks her onto her back. "Eeep!" she cries, landing without hurt. "Aura! Watch out!"

Auralia ducks an arm, and steps back. "You're probably right, Kayjay. There you go, D'thyn. Lucky." She glances at Starr, and her eyes widen, "Are you all right? Starr?"

Auralia doesn't know that Starr isn't hurt.

Starr rubs at her bottom while giggling uncontrollobly. She simply nods her head very swiftly as she tries to stop the mirth coming forth. However it doesn't work and she only starts laughing all the harder, slowly going onto her back and rocking as she laughs full out.

D'thyn sighs and just clambers back up onto his chair, rubbing his face and catching his breath. He doesn't seem the least bit concerned with Starr until she starts laughing, at which point he lowers his hands and watches her with a pensive expression.

Auralia watches Starr. Okay. This is good. She steps back slightly, and begins to giggle herself. Not as uncontrollable, perhaps, but giggling none the less. Her eyes catch on D'thyn, and she giggles moreso. "Awww!" she manages to get out, "Is D'thyn upset?"

Kayjay catches the giggles again, watching Starr. Fatigue, fraught nerves, just silliness? Who knows. She does stand and get D'thyn a glass of water placing it near him within arm reach.

Starr begins making off hicuping sounds as she gasps for breath through laughs. Loud pitched noises that make her sound like a wherry having coniptions. Auralia and Kayjay's own laughter just makes it worse and so the sounds progress to another level.

Auralia's laughter slows down, and she just watches Starr. "I think it's something to do with..you know what." Nevertheless, she gazes at Starr...adoringly? Oh fear. "Calm down, dear. You might choke."

D'thyn smirks, giving Kayjay a grateful glance as he reaches out and takes the water glass. His breath gradually returns to normal as he looks between all the girls with a stoic expression. Ok, a slightly amused stoic expression.

Ricielle peers out from under the table, what happened to the nanny?

Kayjay tries valiently to get a grip on herself. She holds her breath and it unfortunately comes out in a huge braying snort instead.

Starr tries to calm down, hiccuping now under her breath as she looks at Auralia. Then she makes the mistake of looking at D'thyn and cracks up all over again, rolling on the ground and making all sort of animal noises that sound, suspiciously, like her laughter. Now she's making the sounds of a runner afeared of a dragon.

Auralia bursts into giggles again at Kayjay, "She snorted!" Ohdear. And back to Starr. This isn't going to end, is it? "Well, that worked, didn't it? D'thyn, I think you must be too funny or something."

The nanny sits at the table that Ricielle has moved under once again. She whips out her ever present knitting and begins the row, unruffled, calm and collected as usual.

Ricielle grins as she moves over to the nanny's feet and goes to tickle them.

Kayjay blushes deep red. "I.. didn't snort .. I hiccupped backwards."

Auralia ohs. "Is that what it was? Never mind."

D'thyn just shakes his head and, chuckling a bit, resumes drinking from his wine glass. He may be youthful a lot of the time, but not -that- youthful.

Starr gulps air and then bursts into a different sort of laughter. First started by Kayjay's snort and then accelerated by Auralia's blatant observation of the fact. Then even more so affected by Kayjay's description. Now her laughs are soft, highlighted by her sudden intake of breath...making her sound very much like a mule...if such a thing were alive.

Kayjay nods her head empathically up and down. "Yes. Just a hiccup is all."

As the nanny is wearing sensible shoes the likelyhood of Ricielle succeeding in tickling her tootsies is highly improbable.

Auralia just nods again. Then, she yawns. Long and hard. "I should...I should go to bed." She makes a face, avoiding Starr a moment. Laughter would not be good. "Good night, all. I shall see you all tomorrow." Now she does look at Starr, a grin on her face.

The nanny primly crosses her legs at the ankles, placing her loafer clad feet under her skirts. She continues to knit.

You walk toward the Courtyard.
